All purchases of digital content on Bella's Secret World are final and non-refundable. Once you complete a purchase and gain access to digital content, you cannot request a refund.

Digital content is delivered instantly upon payment. Once you've accessed the content, it cannot be "returned" in the same way as a physical product. This policy protects the intellectual property and prevents abuse.
